I was an operating theatre nurse for 13 years in Paris, where I honed my skills as an operating assistant for 6 years in various disciplines (cosmetic surgery, vascular surgery, orthopaedics, general surgery, urology, liver transplantation in paediatrics, neurosurgery, etc.).
That's how I grew up, exploring the human body, feeling the need to study and investigate other complementary approaches along the way, I also opened up to spirituality, it was very important for me to listen to my body.
The ancient ancestral and medicinal practices that I have come to know throughout my life have made me realise that we have to look at the human being as a whole in an integral way and that our habits, the way we live, the way we eat and the way we think have a direct impact on everything that reaches us.
We are fully responsible for our body, mind and emotions.
So five years ago I decided to leave my comfort zone, my routine and decided to fly to new horizons and moved to Portugal, my home country, where I have since embarked on an adventure in the world of integrative health.
I believe that in every human being there are infinite possibilities, if we know how to listen to our body, our temple, we can achieve what we want.
I believe that everything happens for a reason and that nothing is by chance, everything, but everything comes our way with a purpose so that we can grow even more with it.

I graduated in nursing in 2006, worked for almost 13 years in an operating theatre and since 2018 I have trained in various disciplines of integrative health so that with the best tools, the most up-to-date knowledge and life experience I can help those who will find their way to me.

So I did, I believed in myself more than ever and I trained in various disciplines to have the best knowledge to offer.
It's been four years of investing in myself, during which time I've gone through many challenges that life has brought me, including losing my mum and getting separated. As well as the sadness and suffering this has brought me, it's given me the courage and strength to carry on with the intention and ambition that I'll be able to help other people.
I know that my Mum helped me through this process! Even though she wasn't here physically.
On this long journey, I have rediscovered myself, reconnected! With my deepest self.
I managed to reverse my hypothyroidism, which had been diagnosed 10 years ago, and that's how the universe really showed me that we all have the key to deep and authentic healing.
Today I'm writing these words and I'm so happy, so grateful, I'm aligned with my purpose.
When we are aligned with our life mission, everything changes around us.
