Easy and delicious chia pudding!!!

Ingredients:

  • 500ml of vegetable drink (at Dá Vida Clinic we use a lot of almond and coconut drinks)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon of honey, maple syrup or coconut sugar
  • 5 tablespoons of chia seeds

Preparation:

Put the vegetable drink in a saucepan, add the cinnamon.
Bring to a simmer for 5 minutes, then add the chia and honey and stir slowly for a further 3 minutes.

Distribute into bowls and place whatever you like on top - red fruits, dried fruits, fresh figs, mango...

Put it in the fridge and enjoy it fresh!
